The Bucs draft mission

I would say that if the Bucs can come out of this draft with a player who improves our pass rush for this season and beyond and also gets some players in the secondary who can start and make plays/prevent big plays then we will come out of this draft as winners. Add in a player on offense who can help JW convert more 3rd downs and TDs in the red zone and I think were talking about 2 drafts here that go down as two of the best drafts in history of the franchise. I think it would put us in contention for the playoffs going forward. My question is how does our GM pull this off?
