Nate Orchard the Answer for Bucs Pass Rush? Justin Pawlowski    @CommishOnlineMar 23, 2015 16727188559_661C2Bdc42_O.pngThe Bucs put Utah edge rusher Nate Orchard through a private workout, but would they wait until the 3rd round of the draft to address their offensive line? The Bucs have lost more defensive ends this off-season than they have gained. For a front four that has struggled to consistently rush the passer since Warren Sapp was wearing the pewter and red, many Bucs fans thought their team would address their pass rush needs in free agency. While the Bucs were interested in names like Derrick Morgan, Jabaal Sheard, and Greg Hardy, all three players ended up signing elsewhere this off-season.If the Bucs are going to improve a position that has seen Michel Johnson cut, Adrian Clayborn signed by the Falcons, and DaQuan Bowers just desperate for work anywhere, the Bucs might have to look to the draft. In a draft that seems to be pretty deep with pass rushers, the Bucs may have their eye on a player who might be available to them at the top of the 2nd round. The Buccaneers, along with the Houston Texans, put Utah edge rusher Nate Orchard through private workouts last week."With Tampa, they had me do a lot of D-line drills -- seeing how I turned my hips, how I bend," Orchard said in his NFL Draft diary with the USA Today.Orchard is likely an early to mid 2nd round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft due to some concerns over his overall size at just 250 lbs.Orchard ended 2014 with 18.5 sacks, including 3.5 sacks against Stanford and likely 1st round OT Andrus Peat. Orchard's 18.5 sacks in 2014 was more than half of the Buccaneers total of 36 in 2014.If the Bucs decide to go with Orchard at the top of round two, that would mean they would be waiting until the 3rd round to address their biggest need along the offensive line.link
