It's one thing to see players fail to produce of simple bad scheme putting players out of position, and those are things we're used to as Bucs fan. But I don't think we've really had a player this damn good that is continually misused week after week and held back.Two years ago, he had what could be argued as the most outstanding season a 4-3 linebacker has ever had in the NFL with the numbers he produced and the eye-test matched the numbers. But the last two years, man, I feel like I don't even notice him out there anymore. Maybe he'll make a TFL or a good stuff at the line, maybe he'll bat the ball away from the couple of throws into his zone during a game or make a tackle downfield.It's sad, and it's frustrating as a fan to see a weapon like this that isn't being unleashed to his full potential. I understand schemes, but isn't a good coaching going to work in looks that utilize all of his players' skill sets?
