Did we learn nothing from our overpriced FA passrusher this year that people though last year was a fluke....BTW Reddick was 29 when he had his last good year(Crosby turns 28 before the season).
This team had a lot of holes on both sides of the ball this year to go along with the injuries. Specifically:
1. O-Line Guards
2. Defensive Ends
3. Linebackers (all of them)
4. Corner
5. Safeties
6. Everyone on Special Teams
That is a ton of areas to try and fill. I think the team needs to decide what it wants to be first. This team desperately needs some quality Guards on the O-Line. That play was terrible from 6-2 on. The defense has more holes than Swiss cheese. You had guys on that side of the ball wearing "C's" on their uniform that were regularly out of position or whiffing on tackles or too slow to play the game now at the speed it is being played. I think a good portion of that was scheming and game planning but they need upgrades at everything on defense that isn't Defensive Tackles.

With a decent OC and not having an incompetent dipshit HC who knows nothing about offense meddling in that side of the ball; Baker is a Top-10 QB.

If Crosby is on the table, you HAPPILY give them BOTH first rounders.
As long as Licht is the GM we will never trade up, more likely to trade down and draft some player from a DII or DIII school that he thinks he has outsmarted everyone in discovering and will turn out to be a disappointment like 90% of his picks
