I know he's not Budda Baker, but only Adams compares to Baker. After Baker the next tier of safeties is short: Marcus Maye, Marcus Williams, Josh Jones, Desmond King and Justin Evans. That's it.
Evans is MUCH better and much more versatile than JJ Wilcox. He hits like a SS, but he has excellent speed, coverage, and ball skills. He can easily play FS. People say he can't tackle. That's not true. I think he plays overly aggressive. When doing so he takes bad angles and gets out of position. He needs to work on his eye discipline. At least he's not lazy in his approach like Malik Hooker.
Evans is an all-out baller. He brings fire, and is a real playmaker.
I have to admit I preferred DWalker there. I also liked Awuzie, Willis and Jones. But Evans is going to surprise some people.
