Get ready for a European division.
Get ready for revised trade clauses and players pulling Eli’s during the draft.
Isnt the current CBA up for renewal soon? I wonder if they will address it as part of collective bargaining
It expires in 2031.
And, again, the league won't have the logistics figured out by then. Not to mention, they wouldn't be able to put together a good enough sales pitch to the players.

Good points. I dont know why I thought it was up soon.
I think the overseas division is the logistical "solution" they are aiming for. I dont know precisely how it works now, but in the current scheduling a given division plays another division every four years or so. The Bucs last international game was 2022, so if they were playing an international division in 2027 they would probably have one trip over and play back to back like the example I posted above. Or maybe split to two trips, one beginning one end?
anyway it is probably a good bit in the future and I agree there is a challenge top drafting guys to play abroad. I am just saying its happening at some point

It’s already failed.
It will fail again.
i guess you mean the other league? Not sure that's the same but either way this is on PFT today

And yet another failed narrative.
Biggs you came to the board. There are a variety of Bucs topics being discussed. You didn't have anything to add to any of them. Not a single football point. The schedule, Bowles, Trotter, Mayfield... nothing
just your normal troll
what would you be doing with that massive insecurity if you weren't trolling a football message board?

I'm with J.J. on this.
It's a circus.
But, I know (or at least I think you've stated as such) that you're a huge proponent for an "international" division.
So, I have a few questions:
- How many teams?
- How would you realign the conferences?
- How would you realign the divisions?
We'll start with that.

I wouldn't say proponent. I would say open to the inevitable.
many US sports owners own UK soccer teams so easy enough to see 4 teams in the UK. 6 hour flight from NYC.
just take the Bucs 2026 schedule but instead of the NFC North it's the NFC Uk so that's two away games, same trip. Over on a Friday night back on a Monday or Tuesday following.
I agree the tougher thing is fielding the 4 teams.
It could be that the NFL strategy is just what it is. Playing games in international sites equals eyeballs which equals everything that goes with it: ticket sales, parking revenues, concessions, merch, fan interest, financial benefits for local businesses, etc. Why add a division in Europe? The current league structure is beautifully balanced with two conferences, eight divisions, four teams in each division. Personally I don't think changes of this magnitude are coming anytime soon.
I don't think it's soon either but the NFL itself made the same connection I did with a team going over and staying to play back to back weekends.
To me the challenge is not logistics its capacity. Are there 200 plus players to form another division. Or, 2 for the balance point you make.

Yup. But the loon has a multi-year narrative to push.
But the loon is no “proponent” - obviously.

try to also make one football post today. Baby steps.

I don't see how it's inevitable. If anything, it's simply a cash grab.

So, any games in the Midwest would be 9-10 hours. West coast 11 - 12 hours.
You mention 4 teams in the UK.
How in the world would they support 4 teams full-time with soccer being the absolute dominant sport?
just take the Bucs 2026 schedule but instead of the NFC North it's the NFC Uk
Okay. But, you mentioned 4 teams. So, you've created an additional division in only one conference.
What other country would support the additional 4 teams needed to balance it out?
Would said countries have the rights to bid on a Super Bowl?

You answered your own question.
Business grow until they grow to much and then they reorganize/recede.
