The massive deficiency at Kicker

Is Roberto, and he needs to have serious competition. And when I say this, I do not recommend they draft a kicker. Nor sign a rookie. They need to peruse and find a kicker with the ability to hit 50+, and can make 40 yarders without the angst that comes with his lousy leg.

His mortar kicks are garbage. His range and accuracy are average. And his confidence is poor, and that's the last thing a kicker should lack.

He needs to go. He simply isn't going to suddenly start banging 53 yarders with ease.

He is toast.
