It used to be that the teams that won are the teams with a Qb. This dictated the draft as much as everything else. Seems that most teams today have a good Qb, and now, the teams that will win are 1) those with the best rosters and 2) the most depth.
The amount of star players over your regular NFL quality player is still in the minority. I mean the Bo Jackson's, Randy Mosses, and Neon Deons over the normal better than the rest of the college ranks.
