The Bucs are going to be a run dominant offensive unit running between the tackles but also perimeter runs. They will utilize Martin's ability for cut back opportunities and also utilize his skill sets on screens on the outside. Rainey will be used on counters, draws, and delay handoffs while James will be the power ISO runner. Wright and Myers will be used in bunch formations and 2 minute/red zone offense to create mismatches against undersized nickel CB's. Hawkins will be used often for bubble screens while Jackson/Murphy will handle downfield go and post routes. The offense is missing another speed WR that can run go routes on the outside when Vincent Jackson shifts into the slot since Tiquan Underwood is no longer with the team and I don't feel Owusu is suited for this role. The offense is also missing a guard or 2 to make this run oriented offense go IMO, especially since they don't have a starting RG unless Meredith is it (wouldn't surprise me).
