Teams can now employ four players with two accrued NFL seasons of experience on their 10-man practice squads. The limit had been two players with two seasons of experience. The change allows more "veterans" to hang around and be developed. With more and more collegiate players jumping to the pro ranks early, it helps those that need quite a bit more seasoning. The rule will be in effect for at least the next two years.Source: Houston Chronicle Jun 22 - 1:03 PM
