You know, this is one of the reasons the Bucs don't get respect from media and fans that we feel they should get. Sticking with a meh head coach when we had not 1, but 2, coaches leave and lead their teams to better records/division championship. And to top it off, another coach with far more respect and a better resume becomes available and the Bucs don't pursue him? Frustrating is the only word I can think of, but it doesn't come close to how I feel.
No one wants John Harbaugh. We have to start thinking in a more forward way going forward.

Again. There has never been another Lamar Jackson. His career was wasted with Harbaugh. He’s as big a problem for an opposing defense as any player who has ever played the game. Yet Harbaugh wanted it to be about something else. Like his brother Jim, he gets way too much credit for being something he is not. Lolz at any team hiring him.
Harbaugh was struggling to win games with Flacco and then a switch to Lamar as a change of pace lead to another second wind for his coaching career in Baltimore. Flacco is still winning games for other teams, so I think the reality is that Harbaugh would be an upgrade over Bowles but I think people are over hyping Harbaugh's impact.

what SR and MM have said on their pewter podcast is that the Bucs didnt come out yet and say Bowles is back and they are thinking maybe we are in on Harbaugh
so if the choices are retain Bowles and then he has like larry foote as DC and Grizz back at OC or some other unknown at OC or Harbaugh, Monken, etc.

I had the same thought about silence on Bowles, but on Harbaugh there is at least one report that the Bucs are out because Harbaugh would want his own GM
