16 years of mistakes.
Hiring Koetter was a huge mistake.
Firing Lovie was a mistake but hiring Lovie was the worse mistake.
Hiring Schiano was a mistake.
Hiring Raheem was a mistake.
Hiring Jon Gruden (and giving up top draft picks) and then giving him personnel power was a mistake.
With such a horrible track record for the last 16 years,
I have no confidence the leaders at the top will get it right.
IMO, Koetter didn't ever really want to be the head coach, and he would have rather been fired at the end of 2017 season instead being the most obvious Dead Coach Walking in the league.
Hiring Lovie was a mea culpa for firing Tony Dungy but it turned out Lovie was long past washed up.
And Jason Licht was a package deal with Lovie so when they realized the Lovie mistake they should have gotten rid of Licht too.
