1. This team is not underachieving. They're about where they should based on the talent level. It's a poorly built roster by Jason Licht.

2. He's only been here 3 years, it's not like he's been here 5+ years with no playoffs.

3. The team didn't quit on him last year and hasn't quit this year.

4. He handled Winston as best you can. Guy needed to sit multiple weeks.

The biggest mistakes he made were keeping Smith too long and not firing Kaczor last year. But these are not reasons to fire him.

90% of this team's issues are in personnel. There's a narrative, with Scott Reynolds and Mark Cook in front of the line, to run Koetter out of town for no good reason.
