Our star players are folding...........I know that's obvious to most. I just find it odd.......because usually even if a team is in melt down mode...the stars show up to push on....and it's not happening at all.some want lovie to stay..........some want him to go.All I can say.....is an actual fact: whatever it is lovie is doing......the players are not buying into it. in short.......he's lost the team. and oh by the way.......don't let a few wins between now and the end of the season sway the facts. Most of you know I take things another few steps and think the ultimate responsibility is on the glazer boys for being such suck *** owners, but in lue of them selling the team.......I still want them to hire Bill Polian to act as an intermediary.....to at the very least find us a new coach....and GM...and to be the middle man (at least for two years) between the glazers......and the new GM and Head Coach... Polian will find us the best people for the jobs......The glazer boys are NOT their father. all they do is two things: Hire & fire GM's & Head Coaches. otherwise.....they are fully and totally hands off. the issue with that? .... they cannot even hire and fire the right GM's and Coaches. we could use the advice of a HOF GM right about now. call him whatever you want....chief of Ops......whatever. we need his advice....we need him to ride the butts of the GM and HC....and stare them down and give them direction...the hiring of Polian evens our paying field.the guy does not even have to physically work at OBP...he could literally phone-in and totally advance this team. that's how much our system under the glazer boys sucks.even as a consultant phoning in....he would turn this team around.
