Based on the substantial salary cap ceiling increase for all 32 NFL teams the Bucs would do best to avoid the frenzy of the few first days of free agency. Best bet is to use the cap space to find young, good value players that will not break the bank. Paying an average/above average player $10 mil per year as we are starting to see (before even free agency commences) is just obscene.
