Throwing in Tight Windows

Is there a metric available that would compare Winston to Mariota?I keep hearing over and over about how Winston CAN make throws in tight windows, while Mariota hasn't had to. Is this just based on an eyeball test or is there an actual stat for it that is readily available?Obviously Winston ATTEMPTS to throw into tight spaces more often but:a.) how successful is he?b.) how often is it forced?c.) how often does he check the ball down vs. throwing it up/fitting it in?Same questions apply to Mariota as well...
