Tired of the same old story

Maybe it's just me getting old and less patient but this New Regime, Big time free agents, change of direction, brighter days are ahead crap is just getting tedious. The lack of a consistent football philosophy has just doomed this franchise to this cycle of change, wasted potential, and lost seasons.  Hearing that Lovie doesn't like the way the roster fits his system is ridiculous. Identify core beliefs, build an organization that understands those beliefs and how to achieve them and stick to them for the next 20 years. Stop hiring people that don't share the core beliefs, stop signing fee agents that don't complement those beliefs, don't draft them if they don't fit the mold. Why is that so difficult for smart people to understand?
