And luckily one of 3 guys will be there at #7:Clowney, Barr or Mack. Different arguments can be made for either of them. But this has to be the priority IMO.We have to be able to effectively rush the passer with 4 guys - and right now teams have the luxury of double teaming McCoy.
We all want a speedy edge rusher, but that's not going to help McCoy draw fewer double teams.
I'm okay with this plan. I don't think Clowney is available for us though.
Not sure they won't want to take a look at how Gholston and AC can be developed before they go after an end. Jared Allen would make a fair amount of sense for us, holding down the fort while we develop/look at some guys. Not sure we would make sense for Allen at this point. There are a lot of different ways we can go this draft. QB, OT, WR, DE, CB, all could make sense. We also have FA to work with, I expect we will see some moves there are well.
Greg Hardy and Peppers will be available.
This guy would look damn good in the middle with Mason Foster moving outside to bookend with Lavonte David...Just a great kid and an amazing player. We would have the best LB corps in the NFL: http://espn.go.com/blog/sec/post/_/id/77046/c-j-mosleys-career-rivals-any
