I'm getting the feeling Manziel will be available at #7. Not sure we take him though.
Several months ago, Dungy said he'd take Murray for his QB.
Dungy is a very smart guy. Lovie should listen to him.
Says the guy who drafted Shawn King and Joe Hamilton.....and signed Ryan "freakin" Leaf.
Hey! ..NOT dungy's fault leaf was a druggie.(I'll give you the other two though)
I thought Gruden signed Leaf?I would prefer to forget about those guys. And they weren't drafted very high, so if you had major expectations regarding those guys, you are a clown. King almost got there however, as bad as his little handed fatso self was. I see those qualities in Manziel that Dungy sees. I am willing to take a chance in getting great at the QB position, and Manziel can do that with a higher upside. He may flame out. All these cats could. But take a chance would ya? One day it will work. Hopefully in OURifetime. Gimme Manziel all day. I ain't scared of taking a chance like that.
Well said boid.
King was a second round pick to back up Trent Dilfer - Hamilton was a 7th round pick - and filled a role as a back up with potential... oh yea, I don't see why one would be afraid to pick Manziel. His record and stats say winner.
He does have flags. But the guy is worth the risk. If he pans out, Bucs will win big for a decade.
The guy wins Boid - and plays with big kids as he finds a way to beat them. Worries on the field? Not so much. Off the field - he knocked the socks off of NFL staffs in the combine.
Father Dungy hath spoken. Now go get us Manziel

+2000000If he is there, tAke a chance.
Manziel's stock just went through the roof for me.
Hopefully he will be there. But I think Cleveland takes him.
