Tony Jefferson S with the Cardinals has been tendered @ $1.67M...could/should the Bucs make a run at the young player? I know that Arizona has the right to match the contract...but could Licht steal him away from his former club?I'll admit I don't watch much Arizona football, but the kid seems to be a budding superstar.
