QB is going to be the biggest decision for this team in the off-season. I have to say I am not seeing Tight End being a top 3 need for this team when Tim Wright just keeps getting better, kids a mismatch for Lb's and Safety's, give him a real OC to work with and wow the sky is the limit. Add another TE who is a beast at blocking and can catch like the kid from Iowa but I like Wright as our receiving TE, we need to get younger on the Oline, a real pass rusher off the outside and another corner for depth and definitely a real threat at slow wr

1. Coaching staff, i know it is a cliche but seriously, this can't keep up2. DE. Basically McCoy si all alone too often on pass rush,3. WR not so much a slot guy but a guuy who can create separation.4. CB We need more depth at CB. I like what Banks is doing and Revis isn't going anywhere but that 3rd guy is on the field more than the 3rd LB5. S - a guy who can cover. You saw what Barron is. When he popped Boldin he was attacking downhill and he can do that, when he had to turn and run with Davis he got lit twice. I'd honetsly rather keep Barron, ditch Goldson and find a rangey FS.

1. HC. The guy is horrid on gameday. Will never be a plus 500 coach.2. QB. Glennon is average. Not bad, not good, but it's going to win a playoff game any time.soon.3. DE. I believe wright is good enough at te that we can worry about this first.4. TE. A blocking te mostly, but we need viable backup.5. OL. I think the current group is overrated and xan be replaced with basically anyone with a fat body and a brain. IF there is a better coaching staff in place.

Staff is the number one priority. They flat out suck. I hate this staff. We might need to put new ownership ta the top because they suck at picking football people.

I like the way Wright is playing but if you get this arrnagement, an Ebron or the kid from UW. They play TE, Wright who is the same size as Jurevicious moves to slot or WR#2, MW19 comes back to be WR2/Slot as well added to VjAX. Not a great WR corps but moving Wright does sort of use one bullet to solve 2 problems.
