no way TE is this teams number 1 need
I think it is. Not sold on Wright as a full time TE. He runs good routes and makes a few nice grabs, but he's not a starter on any NFL team but this one, IMO. We need a TE that can spread the field, create matchup problems and can block. Wright is mostly used as a safety valve. People say we have the 4th best coach and 4th best QB in our division. I agree, and we also have the 4th best TE.QB is a major need to. You could make that #1 and I'd sign off on it, but I think Glennon is a better stopgap than Wright.
1. Coaching Staff2. Quarterback3. Defensive End4. Tight End5. O-line6. Slot Receiver7. Cornerback
Dal does have a point, and even if wright becomes a pber, I'm all about stockpiling talent in all positions. And going by history, teams with very good te's help teams get to playoffs, maybe even win them.Still, in that same token of stockpiling talent, I'm worrisome that we will lose out on a solid qb, and that could be another setback. Having glennon or (manziel)draftee isn't a bad thing. Plus, when there is movement in FO and people are fired, we would still have something for the next coach to use either way.
1. Pass Rusher2. Speed receiver3. Tight End4. RT (Dotson could move to the left)5. QuarterbackThis would be the order that I would address them this off season. Quarterback might be higher on some people's lists, but I just don't think there is a very good opportunity to replace Glennon this year.
Wouldn't disagree with that either - though I am less certain about the qb class than others seem to be
1.Coaching Staff2. QB3. DE4. WR5. OL (namely guard)
Just for the record, I listed team needs, not team draft positions. While I think TE is a bigger need than QB, I also think if you're going to draft a QB to start you do it in round 1. So while I think TE is a slightly bigger need (very slightly), that doesn't mean I think we target one with a top 10 pick. Austin Sefarian-Jenkins or C.J. Fiedorowicz in the 2nd would be much better value, IMO.
1. Coaching staff2. QB3. DE4. TE5. WRThen after those positions you have to shore up the depth across the offensive line. We can't even upgrade the depth using our draft picks because we have to many holes. And yes, Glennon is the 4th best QB in the division and I'm convinced it'll remain.

BPA at a position of need - unless the position of need hasn't worthwhile talent

Exactly.
1 QB- To those who don't want the Bucs to draft one, Why not? If Glennon is as good as you say he is, he will win the battle.2 OL- OT, OG, C It doesn't matter, its all in shambles IMO3 DE - Need more from the line without blitzing4 CB- Beyond Revis and Banks(sometimes), I have no faith in them5 TE- One that can run block like Anthony Becht used too. Not strictly a pass catcher. Must open up holes for the RBs
I'm probably the only person around that doesn't think that the O-Line is as bad as it looks. I think once they get healthy and we get a new coach, they could be an above average unit.

I only disagree with this because of the total lack of depth. Once they are healthy, good. Sweet. Rock on! Maul Def players. However its been 2 years and they haven't proven health was part of their contracts. At the very least acquire quality depth.
