He did not look good and depending on the injury, is not only out this year, but could miss a lot of time in 2020, be it college or the NFL.
So the question, let’s say the Bucs are picking 10th, Winston is on a new 3 year contract with the last two years voidable and Tua is there but won’t be able to play in 2020. Do you draft him?
