The penalties and the refereeing in general detract from my enjoyment of the game.Watching the college game which requires only one foot in bounds for a catch, it seems like the referees have an easier time.In the interest of getting away from all the nit-picking rules in the NFL, wouldn't it be more straight forward for the NFL game to require only one foot in bounds for a valid catch???
