http://www.joebucsfan.com/?p=107266 I know this is probably a very insignificant signing, but the article is correct in saying that these little signings may be a look into what the FO wants to do. personally, this guy sounds like someone who can take over heywards spot on special teams potentially. What do ya'll think the Kafka and Munoz signings say about how we are approaching this offseason?
