I guess I missed when we cut him but I saw him in a Browns uniform.

I'm confused because we have a guy like Cross on the active roster, and he looks like a high school football player.

How/When did we get rid of him and why would we keep Cross over him?

The reason I ask is because we seemed pretty high on him and with Brate out, this would have been an awesome opportunity to see what he's got.
