Wade Phillips

Son of Bum gets hammered for his Head Coaching prowess. I have hammered him myself. I didn't realize until a few minutes before this post, that he actually has a .562 winning % as a HC.

With that being said, no one can argue against what a great DC Wade has always been. With our collection of defensive personnel being more suited to run a 3-4, we should go after Wade hard when the Rams' season is over. Offer some meaningless title like Asst. Head Coach/Defensive Coordinator so it's not a lateral move, pay him a decent salary to reflect the title, and get this defense back to kicking ass again.
