YOu can blame it on the coach carousel with each coach looking for his guys. But this seems more organizational to me. Sometimes you have to put up with and/or manage prima donnas like Keyshawn Johnson or big pay checks like Revis. It would bhe one thing if the Revis money was applied wisely to real NFL talent, but we seem to take fliers on nobodies that by definition may not play out. Especially statiscially.....I think Tampa places too much on having every day good guys....in concept that his merit but in terms of performance maybe not. I am very very happy for Blount, Michael Bennett and others who were moved on over....they are special players and deserved more of a role in Tampa. But Tampa has probably given away 22 players who could make up one great team if coaches and supported with skill and insight. Why, for example, is Akim minding his manners in New England....they have a skillful organization and coach who have establised high standards ( and wins ) that the rest of the team self enforces. I realize this isn't easy to establish but damn....stop giving away the talent and look for management solutions to MAKE IT WORK.End of rant. :)H
