We need to find our own Greg Hardy...or maybe he is already on the roster

Guy was a 6th round pick with a slow 40 time.  Man, it is so amazing how many misses we have had through the years...not just at the top of the draft but in the middle and back end as well.Also, Hardy didn't do crap his first two season...and then exploded in his third.  Steve White has said that the third year is always a big one for d-lineman.  Maybe Gholston makes a leap this year?  It would be nice...
