Like the call. I would have bootlegged Shough around the left side.
a few positives
Irving ran for 5.6 YPC and added another 40+ receiving.
Mayfield was actually 23 for 28, so the passing offense works for him
Egbuka caught almost everything thrown to him
Hurst showed up at the end (look forward to seeing him next week)
ST coverage was good, actually very good.
Trotter had 11 tackles, a sack and a pick 6
There's probably more, but off the top of head.
Agree, there are positives to takeaway. But the four fumbles were a game killer.
Bucs have good young talent and the rookies will carry this team by the end of the season. The problem is the vets looked ugly out there today.
The Bears put up 59 on the Panthers. Basically ran away from them
Falcons lose but basically no QB
Saints maybe best performance of the division, even as a loss?
I think a few people here thought the Saints might be something.
The NFCS went 0-4 today.
Based off what we saw today, the Bucs will be lucky to split the division.
albeit Carolina...looked good
Figures an ardent Bowles supporter would say a defense that gave up a near 60-burger and almost 1,000 yards of offense would say "they looked good".
🤡

Look on the bright side, you and I are tied with baker mayfield in touchdown passes through 1 week 🤡

fair point after today and there was very little today to say the defense improved BUT better special teams and closer-to-Coen offense (than Grizz) they might be okay . . if they dont tun it over that much every week. Basically gave them 14 or 21 depending on your perspective.

it was 24-24 at one point
Bucs were out of it by offenses 4th possession
Baker and Irving clearly look more comfortable in this offensive style. Unfortunately the tackles and interior OL did not look good in this scheme so far.

At least you didn't deny it.
The first step is admitting you have a problem.
Rooting for you, lil' fella.
If Trotter can play this way all season long, I will happily eat my crow. He played well and only had a couple of plays I saw that he missed (one being pass coverage on one of Gesicki's catches in the 1st). At the end of the day, Baker was Bad Baker and cost the team the win in the very first quarter. The most concerning thing to me today was how shitty the O-Line looked and how nonexistent the D-Line was the entire game.
