I won't argue against the level of competition for JJ vs TB. Fine. Or their pocket presence. Or their mechanics. Cool.       But PHYSICALLY they are VERY similar; both listed at 6'3" 205. Angular, skinny, with good arms, but not elite arms. Drew Brees is stockier and more muscular  than either JJ or TB; 6'0" 210. Bress is a very diferent physical type.      And saying any QB who completed nearly 70% of his passes with his TD/INT ratio has ACCURACY issues is more than a little offbase...

A lower division QB who hits 70% means nada in terms of NFL accuracy. We all know college accuracy and NFL passing are barely related.

OK, when I say "accuracy", I mean the ability to hit the target I'm aiming at. Nothing else. Whether he hit specific pinpoint throws into tight coverages isn't generally measured. Whether he was in the pocket or out, or on the run, again isn't generally measured. These factors tend to be somewhat subjective anyway...    I think what ya'll are trying to say is JJ's college numbers don't mean squat in the NFL.  I TOTALLY AGREE with that, but that applies to TB's impressive college numbers as well!     However,  that has NADA to do with "accuracy"....

Rumor is Bridgewater is really 6'1"....even if he isn't, I think you'd be surprised how similarly he and a rookie Brees are in build. 022601Brees.jpg Teddy-Bridgewater.jpg

I wouldn't be surprised, JDub. I'm not hatin' on him at all, but he's been seriously overhyped, and not just here.  Hey, if his hype is right, doesn't matter where he goes; he'll carry his team on his back. No need for receivers, blocking or even a running game ... Hope he does well, wherever he lands.

Well Senorise Perry and Nick Hueser are both listed as 6 foot , and Bridgewater is way taller than them . So even if Louisville lied about their height also , I'd say he's at least 6'2.Teddy+Bridgewater+Louisville+V+Pittsburgh+8Lwodck8Hpsl.jpg
