What do you guys think?

Rumor has it Jon Gruden doesn't really care for Derek Carr. What would you guys think of a sign and trade scenario sending Jameis to the Raiders for Carr? I'd do it. I will also say I'm okay with keeping Winston as well. I know many of you aren't. I think Carr would flourish in this offense and make a whole lot less mistakes. I know it's probably nos feasible but, I can dream. :)
