Again, enlighten me on which NFCE teams you favor versus the Bucs, Saints, and your Falcons, this season.
The answer is in that assessment.

Light has turned the reality discussed here into a rallying cry.
Mayfield too
That they have.
Chip on the shoulder mentality.
Some times, it can work.
the only division possibly worse than the nfc south is …
theres is a discussion about NFCE v NFCS. I think the NFCS went further in the playoffs than the NFCE, with the NFCS Bucs even beating the 2nd best NFCE team?
And the best NFCE team was crushed in the first round by a team (Packers)the Bucs completely dismantled
so….
lol

make no mistake about it. The Eagles are our bitch
just saying from an expectations view point and work product, the Eagles and Cowboys exceed our current Bucs.
2023
Cowboys 12-5, first round playoff exit
Eales 11-6, first round playoff exit
Bucs 9-8, beat the Eagles
2022
Eagles 14-3, made the Superbowl and lost
Cowboys 12-5, beat the Bucs
Bucs 8-9, first round playoff exit
2021
Bucs 13-4, beat eagles
Cowboys 12-5, lost in first round
Eagles 9-8, lost to Bucs
and obviously we won it all in 2020 but those 2020, 2021 team were a distant memory. The only remaining starters - Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, Tristian Wirfs, Vita Vea, Lavonte David, Antonio Winfield Jr, Jamel Dean, and Jordan Whitehead.
The 2023 are a new Bucs squad post Brady and quite frankly were 4-7 at one point in the season so it's hard for anyone to be confident about them. But i do understand the Eagles quitting on their coach last year and pewterreport likely assembling a team that could beat Dallas in the playoffs.
Which NFCE teams do you favor over the Bucs, Saints, or your Falcons in heads up competition, this season?Anyone who thinks the NFCS is weaker than than the NFCE - is delusional.
Please enlighten us how the NFCS is stronger.
An effortless move of the goalposts. Well done.

Not to mention, a predictable failure to back up her own argument when asked.

Later in your post, you mentioned 2020 and 2021 were distant memories, so let's just use 2022 and 2023:
In 2022, the NFCE produced THREE playoff berths with said teams holding records of:
14-3 (Super Bowl Appearance)
12-5
9-7
That same season, the NFCS produces ONE playoff berth with a record of:
8-9 (Lolz)
In 2023, the NFCE produced TWO playoff berths with said teams holding records of:
12-5
11-6
In comparison, the NFCS produced one with a record of:
9-7
That' not mentioning last year's NFCE producing the #1 and #7 overall scoring offenses, while having the #3 and #4 the year before.
They've simply been the better division. It's not debatable.
Which NFCE teams do either of you fantasy footballers think could beat the Bucs, Saints - as well as your lreffered Falcons - this season?
it’s a simple question albeit with interesting implications.

Agreed and again part of what makes the NFL great
the NFL would be terrible if it always played out consistent with past stats and reputations

The beauty of the salary cap era.
Major emphasis on parity.
Some teams, though, are better at it than others.

I have no idea what's going to happen this season, and don't claim to. What I do know is the NFCS was the worst division the NFL last season with a 27-41 record. But you're on record discounting the win/loss records of the 2023 season, so I'm not sure why wins/losses will magically matter in the future.
Scratch that, I'm fully cognizant of why you don't want to acknowledge the 2023 records and are hoping the 2024 records will be different. The goalpost shift didn't go unnoticed.
Talk about a lack of respect.
Biggs would-be October 2023 Mayfield replacement at starting QB . . now ranked as the 21st BACKUP?

:-)

because the team with the highest regular season WINNING PERCENTAGE . . is the BEST team?
Didn't YOU say that?
one betters take:
Conversely, the Bucs are being disrespected again this offseason. We ALL whiffed on them last year and Baker Mayfield, Mike Evans and crew clearly used the doubters as motivation. The offense is a bit of a question mark, with Dave Canales going to the Panthers, but Baker has experience working with new OC Liam Coen from his time with the Rams and GM Jason Licht added a new center in Graham Barton along with new weapons in running back Bucky Irving and receiver Jalen McMillan. Chris Godwin's is expected to spend more time in the slot after moving outside a ton in 2023, which should only boost his production. Evans continues to put up HOF-worthy numbers year after year. Tampa went 4-4 in one-score games and basically hit its number in terms of win expectancy, so we don't have a massive drop-off expected there. Maybe the defense slides a little, but Todd Bowles has consistently done a good job getting the most out of that side of the ball as an OC and head coach. If you want to point to Baker's every-other-year struggles, I guess that's fine, but he seems to have found a home now. The schedule is a little scary: the AFC West plus the NFC East plus first-place matchups against the Lions, Ravens and 49ers are brutal. The Bucs play Baltimore, Atlanta, K.C. and San Francisco in a four-week stretch, including the Chiefs and Niners back-to-back before their Week 11 bye. Ouch. I'd trust the roster and organization and lean over with the big plus money number here I think, though."
Lean: Buccaneers Over 8.5 (+125)
