What makes you so sure we will select a QB?

Nearly every post here is so sure we will select a QB at #1.  What if MM chooses to stay at Oregon and Winston chooses baseball over football?  What if L&L choose to trade down and not select a QB at all?  I'm not convinced that a QB will be selected at #1.
