JOK was probably my favorite defender in this class to watch. Not sure where he settles in but bet he would be a special teams nightmare on coverage units. I like Ossai, but he’s the one guy I feel might have been reaching. That 3/4/5/6 would have me pumped for where I would have valued those prospects going in. Overall, stock defense and line. 7th round for special teams. Credit to our FO introducing me to Wilcox. Johnson is a shelf or two below Darden, but could help the team in similar ways.
I am, as usual, warming up to our draft. I didn’t see one of these threads yet and am interested in how people around here would have turned in cards if given the choices. I get how a lot of people like to let the professionals handle the draft and take offense to stuff like this after the fact. Not intending to crap on Licht/BA here, just a draft nerd who’s not ready to move on just yet.
