5pm track changed landfall estimation pretty drastically, southward - now Englewood/North Port.
Of course, still have another day and a lot more ocean to cover…
If Liam stayed aggressive and if Bowles got out of deep zones we would have won.
Yes the Barton holds and the Bucky fumble etc...
But this was lost more so by coaching and a couple bullshit calls.
Liam running it on 3rd and 22 was soooo bad. 5 yards gets us into FG range. That whole series was bad.
Then the punt into the end zone... So it netted 22 yards.
Really just atrocious all the way around

There is real reason for concern now. The NHC had been emphasizing high level wind would knock the storm intensity down at roughly 90 miles out. That is not in the latest bulletin
needed that sheet to knock that intensity down, but the storm surge won’t attain Katrina levels in Tampa Bay - and potentially combine with the wind & rain…
Heart and prayers go out to those south of Tampa.

current track is landfall Sarasota
Been riding the lightning for the past few hours, winds are still intensifying.
I’m high & dry, but lost power a two hours ago. Listening to the raging winds right now, thankful we’re high enough that storm surge or flooding are problems.
Hunkering in - NOT down.
