I think the most noticeable is the speedy pass catching running back. Its most glaring when we play against Kamara or McCaffrey and see what they can do. a player who can run outside and catch some short passes in the flat. That player creates a more dynamic offense. And some teams have running quarterbacks or wide receivers who get a hand off now and then. The Bucs don't have that threat to go around the outside and that causes the inside running game to stagnate.
This was supposed to be Ronald Jones II I suppose. But somebody forgot to check to see if he could catch a pass.
