Who has confidence in Winston?

OK, he has been very immature, well, since ever. The hammer is now over his head. He has a three game suspension already and the threat of a ban from the NFL if he does not follow any prescribed treatment. Who has confidence in Winston fully cooperating with any treatment plan, admitting his problems and actually growing up?

I'm hoping the best for him as a person and hope he can still take us to a SB, but I have little to no confidence. For the next several years I'm pretty sure I'll cringe at any Winston news I see, wondering if he has let us down again.
