Who is more important to the team: Lovie or Koetter

VERY IMPORTANT!  This is not a Fire Lovie thread.  This is basically a poll to get a feel for who the fan base thinks is more important to the team as a whole.  And yes, there are other possibilities, but for this poll, it is a simple question.  Of the two, which is more important?
