The Arians to Bowles transition had nothing to do with the Glazers. Like, it was basically an Arians decision that was carried out by the Glazers. So for the first time in a minute, we have a real coaching search. I don’t love the candidates out there many are mentioning. Joe Brady and Todd Monken seem to be the most talked about but both don’t really move the needle for me. Brady has had Burrow, Chase, and Jefferson in Baton Rouge and playground master, Josh Allen in the pros. Monken is a classic (pretty good OC but a nothing burger personality wise)Also, fuck the Gruden discussion. It’s not happening. I really don’t want a “defensive minded” head coach except maybe Tomlin What say you?

Which one lands another job first (at their respective positions)?

Pretty sure 98% of us know the answer to this.

I don’t even think Bowles lands a DC job

licht would get hired immediately by struggling franchise searching for stability
