What is we stayed put but hired a DC.
There are few teams in the league with more offensive fire power than Tampa right now. So our team would be very attractive to a sound offensive mind but, I can see us keeping Bowles and mandating he hire a DC.
It’s astounding Tampa is here after a 5-1 start. Particularly with wins over the 9ers (best team in the league) and Seattle, the second best team in the league. Will be impossible for Todd to keep his job if we don’t make the playoffs but, if he does…
Eagles did this with Nick Sirianni where they replaced his entire coaching staff and won the Super Bowl.
If Bucs somehow salvage this season and make playoffs, i think at the very least Bucs need to do that; get McDaniels in from Miami to be OC; get a defensive guy in; but at a certain point..what value does Todd Bowles bring if he can't fix the defense. It's not like he makes good in game decisions.

I want him gone to be clear but, I could see a scenario where he sticks around.
As long as they shit can this entire staff, and hire an offense-minded HC, that's all I really care about. I keep beating the same drum. This team has been mediocre in a less-than mediocre division for four fucking seasons. Bowles W-L record with this team has been 8-9, 9-8, 10-7, and 7-7. 34-31. Playoff record 1-3. TOTAL 35-34. Why does anyone want any more of this? Bowles has been a less-than-average HC. He's been an even worse DC. Sorry but I calls it as I sees it. Time to move on and get this team back to winning ways.
Andy Reid?
fans have been campaigning for the Chiefs to fire him and now he let Mahones stay in!
Vrabel?
Sure to fire him because Josh Allen led the Bills to a comeback win against them. In Foxboro, no less!!
NFL is awesome because of the relative parity. Any given Sunday!!

guess who isn’t mentioned in the same sentence as those 2 coaches in terms of status 😏

most of the league? At least with Reid. He's a legend. I think he might retire though.

Only an oft-drunken ambulance chaser would try to lump Bowles in with Reid.
Comical.
We may have a situation where we fire a hc who has won the division many times in a row. It sounds dumb but it's appropriate in this instance. We've been very lucky and haven't taken quite the advantage that we should of this situation to be in the awful division we are in.

yes even if we get to the playoffs this season it's not like that erases the defensive collapse we've all seen. And coaches who lose a locker room don't usually get it back so you'd expect the Bucs to move on.
I like how Kubiak play called with the Saints last year and the Seahawks this year. Whether with little talent or lots of talent he just makes an offense work the best he can. He isn't the best play caller available but he is also the more experienced one.
Would Greg Roman be interested in being a HC? Roman tends to build offenses around QB strengths and can adapt year to year based on what QB he has to work with.
I am personally fine with Flores and how he builds defenses so that would be the only defensive guy that I would be okay with as a HC. Maybe Tomlin too.
Flores and Bowles might as well be clones.
I want an offensive head coach.
I want a dedicated defensive coordinator.

Complete overhaul including ST
