Who's going to play the role of Sapp?

In the past, with an effort like this resulting in an embarrassing loss Sapp would be the red-ass that would get all over the other players and demand better striking fear in younger players. Who is going to be the veteran player that takes on that role now because someone surely needs to do it. Some player has to show that this type of preparation and play won't be tolerated.
