Why is the Cleveland game on FOX?

SSIA. The rule for years has been that when we're at home and we host an AFC team, CBS gets the broadcast. So what's up with that?

(Not that it's truly important or anything, but it bugs me a little bit because I find CBS coverage to be superior to FOX coverage as a general rule.)
