You hit some and you miss some. The difference from a good GM to a bad one sometimes is hitting on one or two players. The guy from the 9ers built a championship type roster and got canned but he had horrible coaches and the QB he took #1 blossomed wayyyyyy too late.Look at Bill Polian, he hit on Manning and then was mostly horrible at everything else.
