Winning Virus vs 24 Bug

I would love it see winning become contagious for the Bucs. In recent years, winning has been more of a 24 hour bug...which they've built up an immunity. Our team needs long-term exposure to "winning" so that it infects and invades the tissue of the organization. Currently, winning is only on the surface...fans don't want to see it washed off with a little soap and water. There is a huge difference in playing to win and playing not to lose. I long to see a fearless Bucs team that will build on leads instead of timidly trying to protect momentary advantage. Winners are fearless, but not careless.
