As a football player I believe Winston is the best QB prospect in this draft but that debate is for another thread. I have said many of times that if Winston's background checks out then I want him to be the pick but what really happened that night? I have read countless articles and supposed facts about the case and still come up confused. I know FSU and the police get part of the blame for how everything was handled which is understandable.The victim said she was drugged and drunk at the time but friends have said that she was not drunk.The victim said she was hitting and screaming at Winston but if she gave him oral sex then I question what was consensual. What are your guys takes?One of the victims friends said he sent her a text to come outside the bar and go home with him. If Winston really did rape this young girl then he should be in jail. If everything was consensual and she just feels bad about being a so called "another notch on his belt" then Winston may just be innocent. It is a very touchy subject and I am trying to not say something that is false or inaccurate but would love your guys opinions. I know some hate him and some don't and that is understandable. Just would like your guys point of view about the prospect we may draft.IMO if we do end up drafting Winston then the FBI investigators that do these background checks before the draft have cleared him. I do not see Lovie drafting a player at #1 that does not check out beforehand. Thoughts?
