Winston is out in Tampa

Winston won't be re-signing, franchising, or doing anything more in Tampa.

Tampa has a fan base that is disinterested in their football team. Needs to reset with a new QB, sadly a new coach, and a new GM. Not sure what that means for a lot of the vets on this team but, probably means we are blowing this thing up.

This isn't a guess, this is what is going to happen. Will make for an interesting off season for sure.
