Out of six games, since the benching/reinstatement, Winston plays four good games for every two terrible games. That doesn't sound like a bad ratio, but it is. Lets just say theoretically the Bucs had a contending team. Well you can win 3 of 4 games where Winston is playing well. Not bad. But you can't expect to win 4 of 4, because even with a good team stuff happens. When Winston is the bad Winston for the two games the record is unavoidably 0-2. So add that up and you get 3-3.
In other words he will take a contending team to a 500 record. That's Winston's math.
It would be different if Winston could have some games where he plays so-so but still keeps the team in the game. But Winston has had virtually no average games during the post-benching era. Hence the often used quote "Which Winston will show up today?" Its a large enough sample size that there is no reason to believe this 2 to 1 ratio won't continue going forward.
We like some of your cooking, Winston, but a couple of your creations were just plain inedible. So for this reason we have to chop you.
