Offense:
QB Winston, WR Evans, TE Brate, OG Marpet
Good news is the Bucs have young core players on offense. Bad news is that Martin, Sims, D. Smith, etc have dropped out of the picture or seemingly are on the way out. Humphries is in that gray area, but I am leaning towards calling him a core player. Pamphille I am not sure about but I tend to be optimistic about him developing into a core player as he has already exceeded expectations.
What this shows is the Bucs need another RB/WR as a core player added on offense and OT as a core player whether it is at RT or LT.
Defense:
DE Spence, DT McCoy, LB K. Alexander, LB L. David CB Hargreaves
Bucs have young core players on the front seven. They are not perfect but they have shown improvement. I think David can be better as well as McCoy. Alexander has the potential to be the best of this group as he is still not a reliable tackler. But once he become reliable he will be a monster core player aka blue chip.
What stands out is the Bucs do not have a safety that I would say is a core player either at free safety or strong safety.
Overall based on core player representation this is how primary draft needs shake out:
OT
WR/RB
S
Secondary needs are LDE, OC1, DT2, blocking TE, OG3, CB2, and QB2.
