It came at a huge price of four premium draft picks and significant cap hell.It led to a dizzying array of terrible decisions by management that simply gutted this franchise and returned it to the days of suckitude.So, if you had the power to change the course of history - would you want to go through this past decade again just to see the Bucs raise Lombardi in San Diego?Or would you have rather the Bucs retained Dungy, the picks and reload for presumed same level of success that the team previously had under him (see Bengals under Marvin Lewis)?
